Welcome to Planetry Prints. This Site is operated by SamraMarib Software Inc. (“Planetry Prints,” “we,” “us”). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Who can order

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order, generally the age of majority in your province or state. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

2. Our products are custom and made to order

Planetry Prints sells art that maps the exact positions of the planets on a date you choose. Every order is personalized and produced on demand from the details you enter, your date, optional message, and your chosen format (frameless poster, framed poster, or digital file), size, and color.

Because each piece is custom-made, please review your details before checkout. There is no separate proof or preview step; what you enter at checkout is what we create. Custom items are non-refundable except in the cases described in our Refund & Return Policy (defects, damage, or an error on our part), which is incorporated into these Terms.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

  • All prices are shown in the currency selected on the Site. Canadian pricing is our base currency; prices shown in other currencies are converted for display.
  • Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout where required.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, an error in pricing or product information, or a request we cannot lawfully fulfill. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we’ll refund it.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy; our acceptance occurs when we begin fulfilling it.

4. Accuracy of your details

You are responsible for the personalization details you submit (date, message spelling, size, format, color). We are not responsible for errors in these details once an order enters production. See our Refund & Return Policy for cancellation timing.

5. Intellectual property and license

  • The Site, our brand, designs, artwork templates, and generated compositions are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
  • Physical purchases: you own the physical poster you buy; you do not acquire rights to reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the artwork.
  • Digital purchases: you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to print and use the file for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or use the file commercially.
  • Your message: by submitting a message or other content for your piece, you grant us the license needed to produce your order, and you confirm you have the right to use that content and that it isn’t unlawful, infringing, or offensive.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping and delivery are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, incorporated into these Terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided “as is.” Our artwork is an artistic representation of planetary positions for the date you choose and is intended for decorative and sentimental purposes, not for scientific, navigational, or astrological use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to an order or the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for the order at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the courts located in Ontario, Canada for any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your home jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
