Free shipping on every printed order

Shipping is free on all frameless and framed posters and phone cases, to every address we serve. The price you see is the price you pay, no shipping added at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship printed posters and phone cases to:

  • Canada
  • United States

If your address is outside these two countries, checkout won’t be able to complete an order yet. We’re working on adding more destinations.

Digital downloads are available anywhere, they’re delivered by email, so there’s no shipping involved.

How your order is made and when it arrives

Every piece is made to order, so the timeline has two parts:

1. Creating and printing your piece (production time). After you order, we generate your custom artwork from your chosen date and send it to print. Please allow roughly 2–5 business days for your piece to be created and printed before it ships.

2. Transit time (after it ships). Once your order ships, estimated delivery is:

Posters

  • Canada: about 2–5 business days
  • United States: about 3–6 business days

Phone cases

  • United States: about 3–4 business days
  • Canada: about 5–20 business days. Our phone cases are made in the United States, so they travel further to reach you.

So most customers receive a printed order within roughly 1–2 weeks of ordering, and phone cases sent to Canada within roughly 2–5 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees, carrier delays, holidays, and peak periods can add time.

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Digital downloads

Digital orders don’t ship, we email your finished file. Because it’s custom-made for your date, please allow 24–48 hours for us to create and send it. Your file arrives at the email on your order as a high-resolution (300 DPI) JPG, cropped to the exact proportions of the size you chose, ready for you to print. (If a file is ever too large to email, we’ll send a secure download link instead.)

Taxes and duties

Applicable sales tax (e.g. GST/HST for Canadian orders) is calculated and shown at checkout where required. Posters ship within North America and are not expected to incur additional customs duties. Phone cases for Canadian addresses ship from the United States, so the carrier may collect import taxes or a handling fee on delivery.

Wrong or undeliverable address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll reach out to arrange reshipment; additional shipping may apply in that case.
