This Privacy Policy explains how SamraMarib Software Inc. (“Planetry Prints,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or place an order at planetryprints.com (the “Site”).

Information we collect

When you browse the Site, we automatically receive standard technical information, your device and browser type, IP address, and how you interact with the Site, through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below).

When you place an order, you provide us with:

  • your name, email address, and shipping address,
  • your billing details and payment information (processed securely by our payment provider, we do not store your full card number),
  • the personalization details you enter for your artwork, the date you choose and any message you’d like on the piece,
  • optional details you send us, such as emails or messages to customer support.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • create and fulfill your order, generate your custom artwork from your chosen date, print it, and ship or email it to you,
  • communicate with you about your order (confirmations, shipping updates, support),
  • process payments and prevent fraud,
  • operate and improve the Site, and
  • comply with legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

How we share your information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the store, and only as needed to do so:

  • Shopify, our e-commerce platform, which hosts the Site and processes orders and payments.
  • Printful, our print-and-ship partner, which produces and ships physical posters. We share the name, shipping address, and order details needed to print and deliver your order.
  • Payment processors, to securely handle your payment.
  • Email and communications tools, to send order and support emails.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the store, remember your cart, understand how the Site is used, and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works.

Data retention

We keep order and personalization information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, provide support, and meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. To make a request, email planetryprints@gmail.com. We’ll respond as required by applicable law. Canadian customers may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Children

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority in their region.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
